This Privacy Policy explains how PredixHub (“PredixHub”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal data when you use the PredixHub Discord bot and the website at predixhub.xyz (together, the “Service”).
PredixHub is operated by a private individual based in Italy. We are the “data controller” for your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For any privacy request, contact us at predixhubinfo@gmail.com.
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run a prediction game.
From Discord (when you use the bot or log into the dashboard):
identify, guilds and guilds.members.read — used only to show you the servers where PredixHub is active and your role there.We never receive your Discord password or email from Discord.
From your use of the game: your predictions, votes, points, podium picks and game-mode data (e.g. Last-Man-Standing, Server Clash), and your notification preference.
Technical data: a session cookie to keep you logged into the dashboard (strictly necessary), and standard server logs that may include your IP address, browser type and timestamps, kept to operate and secure the Service.
Website visit counts: we keep a simple, privacy-preserving tally of visits to our public landing page. From your IP address we derive an approximate country and count the visit; we do not store your IP address (it is only hashed, per day, so we don’t count the same visitor twice), we use no cookies and no third-party analytics for this, and we keep only aggregate daily totals per country.
If you buy PredixHub Pro: there is no checkout on this website. You contact us, we agree the payment between us, and a person switches your server to Pro by hand. The payment itself happens entirely outside PredixHub, through whatever method we agree, and under that provider’s own privacy policy — we only see whatever it shows us to confirm you paid. We never receive or store your card or bank details, and PredixHub stores nothing about a payment at all: there is no price, invoice, transaction or billing record anywhere in our database. All a purchase changes is a single flag that marks your server as licensed.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell your data.
PredixHub is a social game. Your username, predictions (after a match kicks off), points and ranking are visible to other members of the same Discord server (for example on leaderboards and the “User Picks” page). Predictions for upcoming matches stay private until kickoff.
Season champion page: when a season ends, the winning player’s display name and season stats may appear on a public, shareable page (used for a link preview) — it does not show your Discord avatar. A server admin can disable this page for their server in Settings, and you can ask us to remove your name from it at any time.
We never sell or rent your personal data.
Your data is stored on a server located in Germany (European Union), operated on our behalf by a hosting provider, and we apply reasonable technical measures to protect it. Because your data is kept within the EU/EEA, no transfer of your personal data outside the European Economic Area takes place.
We keep your game data while you use the Service and while your records are part of a server’s season. Logs are kept only for a short period. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see your rights below).
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it (“right to be forgotten”), restrict or object to its processing, withdraw consent, and request portability. To exercise any of these, email predixhubinfo@gmail.com and we will respond within the timeframes required by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
PredixHub follows Discord’s minimum age requirement: you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age Discord sets in your country) to use it. The Service is not directed to children below that age.
We may update this Policy. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, give notice through the Service.
